The ability of AI to simulate human-like interactions, including apologizing for delays during peak demand, further astonished me.

Despite AI’s remarkable capabilities, it is important to acknowledge its limitations and potential drawbacks. This overreliance is akin to wearing heavy makeup, creating an appearance that can feel jaded and unnatural. There is a risk that excessive dependence on AI may dull our minds due to a lack of mental exercise and decision-making based solely on logic, without considering the important role of emotions. Human involvement remains critical as emotions play a vital role in making informed decisions about our lives and the lives of our loved ones.
