  1. Thank you so much for this insightful guide
    I learnt so much
I do have a question. How does one build experience and a portfolio, when they have little to no experience as a ghostwriter?

    1. Hi Alluymora. We are in the age where anyone can learn whatever they want to as long as they are willing, and persistent.

There are several online platforms where you learn various skills of your interest. There are even free ones and Alison is a perfect place to learn for free.

You must first of all be a good writer before venturing into ghostwriting. My advice is this – if you are not too good in writing yet, horn your skills by reading vastly. Read all sorts. Fiction and non- fiction.

As you read, them begin to take tentative steps to write. It may not be great the first time, but it would get better.

Get a writing mentor or join critique groups where your work can be analysed.

If you are willing to be a good writer, then you have to pay the price to learn. Nothing good comes easy.

I wish you the best in your writing journey and you can also subscribe to this blog as I share articles that can be of help to you.
